Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Chilcy in any manner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including company administrators, team members, and viewers.

Chilcy is a SaaS KPI dashboard platform that enables businesses to upload data, connect databases, generate AI-powered reports, and monitor key performance indicators. The Service includes:

• Data upload and management (CSV, Excel, and other file formats)
• Database connections and query execution
• AI-generated KPI reports and insights
• Analytics dashboards and data visualizations
• Scheduled reports and email delivery
• Team collaboration and role-based access control
• Third-party integrations including QuickBooks Online and Stripe

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

Chilcy offers free and paid subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• Plan limits (uploads, AI reports, exports, etc.) are enforced per billing cycle and reset monthly

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent data
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to Chilcy. By using the Service, you grant Chilcy a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You may export or delete your data at any time from within the platform
• Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it

The AI reports and insights generated by Chilcy are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

The Chilcy platform, including its design, software, branding, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Chilcy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure, AI providers). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing. We are not liable for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.

QuickBooks Integration

Chilcy provides an optional integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you:

• Authorise Chilcy to access your QuickBooks financial data (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, company information) via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 framework solely to generate your KPI dashboards and reports.
• Acknowledge that Chilcy stores OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens encrypted in our database to maintain the connection between sync intervals.
• Agree that Chilcy accesses only the QuickBooks data scopes you grant during the OAuth authorisation flow and uses that data exclusively to deliver the Service to you.
• Understand that you may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Integrations page, which will immediately revoke Chilcy's access and delete all stored tokens and synced data.
• Acknowledge that Chilcy is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks.
• Agree that Chilcy's use of QuickBooks data complies with the Intuit Developer Terms of Service.

Stripe Integration

Chilcy provides an optional integration with Stripe. By connecting your Stripe account, you:

• Authorise Chilcy to use a restricted Stripe API key you provide to retrieve your payment and charge data for the purpose of calculating revenue KPIs.
• Confirm that the API key you provide is legitimately authorised for your Stripe account.
• Understand that you may disconnect Stripe at any time, which will delete your API key and all Stripe-synced data from Chilcy immediately.
• Acknowledge that Chilcy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe, Inc.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chilcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chilcy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page or by emailing registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
